Which software does the presenter need to have at the time of presentation to play YawnBuster activities?
None! All the YawnBuster activities are embedded within PowerPoint. So the presenter does not need anything except his/ her own PowerPoint presentation.

What software does the creator of presentation need to have installed?
You need to have PowerPoint installed on your machine. You also need to install YawnBuster. These installations require you to have admin rights to the computer.

Can I create Group Activities using YawnBuster outside of PowerPoint?
No. YawnBuster comes as a PowerPoint plug-in and you need PowerPoint to be able to embed YawnBuster Group Activities into the slides.

Can YawnBuster be used in WebEx trainings?
YawnBuster can be used over WebEx training sessions. However, the responses of the audiences need to be manually fed to YawnBuster by the presenter. We are in process of developing an Audience Response System [ARS] that would collect the participant’s responses from a web page and feed the same in the YawnBuster interactions directly. YawnBuster ARS is currently in closed BETA stage of development.

Is there a time limit on licensing of older versions, or do you always have to purchase upgrade?
No, YawnBuster offers a perpetual license valid for lifetime. Purchasing upgrade is not mandatory, and there is an upgrade policy in place, which gives you an opportunity to get FREE [for first 3 months post purchase and with purchase of Premium Support Plan] and discounted upgrade of the software.

Can I customize the Flash interactions/group activities from within PowerPoint, or do I have to exit PowerPoint to do that?
Creation / modification of Flash Interactions can happen within PowerPoint – and it is not necessary to leave PowerPoint.
